The easy route to UKCS data and information
DEAL is designed to promote and facilitate access to information relevent to the exploration and pruduction of oil and gas on the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS).
Registration is free and provides users with quick online access to a full register of UKCS wells, seismic surveys, licences and infrastructure data available for release, purchase and licence. Through either the form or map based searcheusers can identify the sources of all associated released and proprietary data available for the selected item of interest.
DEAL also fulfils a regulatory function on behalf of DECC for UKCS operators to track changes in well and survey ownership.
