| Entitlement |
Access rights to data granted by a Data Owner to specified users because of rights earned by that user through Licence partnership, data trades, data licensing, data purchase or other legal or commercial agreements. The rights and privileges governing User access to information contained in the online and archive databases. |
| Entitlements Authorisation Form |
The form completed by the Current Owner authorising Landmark to make entitlements changes. Only entitlements changes submitted on this form, and signed by the authorised signatory will be amended by Landmark. |
| Entitlements Database |
Entitlements to data are held in the Entitlements Database which is held within the Online Database Axxses, managed by the Prime Contractor. |
