Original Format Data as recorded at the well site. This data is stored in the Archive Database. shall mean data as provided by the Logging Services Provider. |

Compilations of Licence Data published by companies on behalf of the Secretary of State (DTI Release Agents). Shall mean data made available to the public five and a half years after Well Completion, in accordance with current legislative requirements as may be amended from time to time. |

Shall mean Licence Data that by virtue of the incorporation into licences of applicable Model Clauses the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry or its agents is entitled to publish after specified periods and subject to consulting the relevant licensee. |
