| Service Levels |
shall mean the levels of service to be provided to the System Users by the Contractor as specified in Schedule 8 hereto. |

Mean the functions of the System and the Works to be performed by the Contractor all as more fully described within the Agreement. |

Shall mean Released Well Data and such other related Data as the Participant, in its sole discretion, considers appropriate, to which the Participant grants Entitlement under Clause 4.5. Data within the CDA system that is available to all Participants. |
