Common Data Access Limited is a not-for-profit subsidiary of                   set up in 1994 to provide data management services to its members and to the UK oil industry in general.            

CDA provides a range of valuable data management services for its members.  A close working relationship with the DTI enables CDA to address collective regulatory data matters for UKCS licensees.

The main CDA DataStore Services for well data are provided for CDA, by Schlumberger.

DEAL is a web-based service, designed to promote and facilitate access to data and information relevant to the exploration and production of hydrocarbons on the UKCS (United Kingdom Continental Shelf).

Available via the Internet, DEAL is the premier source of quality spatial and attribute data for the UKCS.
